Terms and Conditions *

The vendor is responsible for their own setup and display of their goods in their assigned area. All vendors must arrive on Friday for booth set up before 16.00pm. Time of arrival must be emailed to info@myequestrian.events before February 18 at 17.00pm Opening VIP and Vendor village will open at 8.00 am on February 22 2024 All vendors are required to stay for the whole weekend. Breakdown of booth can only commence Sunday evening after the masterclass has completed Vendors are responsible for bringing their own trailers or marquee / tent Event to provide the space and electric connection only Payment for the space if required upfront and no refunds will be issues unless event is cancelled. Electricity: If you would like to request a spot near an electrical outlet please contact our team at least four weeks prior to the event. The vendor will need to provide any and all electrical cords or extension cords Maintenance: In connection with the agreement, the undersigned shall accept the facilities in their “as in” condition, with all faults. You will promptly repair, at your sole cost and expense, all damage to the facilities caused by you, or your employees, contractors, and/or invitees. Insurance: Proof of insurance requests need be sent by Equestrian Management Agency prior to event. Indemnity: The Undersigned shall indemnify, defend, and hold the Facility, Owner, and Owner’s Participants, affiliates, employees, representatives, invitees, agents, professionals, and contractors free and harmless from and against any and all actual claims, damages, liens, stop notices, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs resulting from your exercise of its rights under this agreement, and/ or you and/ or your employees’, contractors’ and/ or invitees’ use of facilities. You shall keep the facilities free and clear of any mechanics’ and material men’s liens related to the activities contemplated by this agreement. The foregoing indemnification obligations shall survive the expiration and termination of this agreement. Payment: Payment is due at time of booking.
